According to the report of Public and International Relations, the opening of the exhibition was held in the presence of the University Board, the representative of Mashhad Municipality, a group of prominent artists of Khorasan Razavi Province, the representative of the Municipal Energy Commission, university professors and colleagues, students, art and technology enthusiasts.

During the ceremony, Dr. Ghaeni, Deputy Minister of Education and Secretary of the Conference on Renewable and Scattered Energy of Iran, gave a general report on the execution process of the conference. Then, Dr. Noori, Director of Public and International Relations and Secretary of the competition, presented reports on the executive processes in the competition and judged the arts.

At this ceremony, the selected judges and artists in the competition are awarded plaques and prizes.
