Dear members of the great family of Sadjad University, especially esteemed professors, staff, and dear students, I would like to congratulate you on the arrival of the new academic year and the beginning of the 28th year of the university's activity.

The coincidence of the beginning of the academic year with the celebrations of the month of Rabi' al-Awwal provides a valuable opportunity for us to benefit from the spirituality of these days in the direction of developing social enthusiasm, striving, and achieving greater success.

Based on the university's vision and its strategic plan, the university's activities in the previous year were focused on transformation, development, and impact on society. Fortunately, through divine grace and the efforts of all colleagues and dear students, significant achievements were made in educational, research, student, and infrastructural dimensions of the university. I feel obliged to appreciate the efforts of all dear ones.

As some examples of the university's important activities, I can mention the development of new fields of study, the implementation of demand-driven and applied research projects at the provincial and national levels, holding international congresses and conferences, student competitions, the shining performance of students in master's degree exams and student Olympiads, the implementation of university development projects in the sports complex, equipping workshops and laboratories, holding training courses for various organizations and institutions, and holding nationwide entrance exams.

In the academic year 2022-2023, the university's strategic plan was developed for the horizon of 2023 to 2027, emphasizing quantitative and qualitative development of education, expanding relations with industry and society, increasing students' skills, strengthening extracurricular activities, and increasing motivation and synergy among the university members.

Finally, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the kind cooperation of esteemed professors, staff, and dear students. I wish you all health, success, happiness, and peace in the new academic year.
